The candidate is required to be experienced with working with financial membership transactions, including invoicing, tracking, collection, membership communication outreach, and reporting. The job task includes membership communications, orientation and webinars, support, knowledge base, and policy documentation. This is a remote position.

Experience working with non-profit or associations, membership billing, and financial processing. Experience with customer services, and documentation. The candidate should have strong administration skills, including using current office-related technology (Excel, Word, Zoom, etc.)
