Job Description: The Psychotherapist provides culturally-informed counseling, assessment, crisis intervention, and referral services for university students. The Psychotherapist also participates in psychoeducational and community building efforts that address studentsâ™ needs, and consults with faculty and staff regarding student concerns. The Psychotherapist must work exceptionally well with students of color, LGBTQ students, international students, and other under-represented students and communities on campus; and have a sophisticated understanding of how intersectionality, privilege, and socioeconomic status relate to the mental health of a global student community.
