| Olmsted Medical Center is seeking a part-time .5 FTE Active Aging Services Physician with geriatric and palliative care experience. A BC/BE physician with experience in adult mental health is preferred. This position would join one other Medical Director physician and two full-time Nurse Practitioners and support staff. - Care for residents in up to ten (10) Nursing Homes as well as Assisting Living centers and homes
- Coverage in Rochester and nearby surrounding communities
- Regulatory visits every 30-60 days
- Acute Care visits, palliative consultations and follow-up programs
- Call 24/7 - Seven (7) day stretch - Monday evening to Monday morning
- Attend to admissions and home health services
