State Fire Rescue Training Area 15/BCTC is seeking qualified and motivated candidates for the position of Adjunct Faculty- EMS-Paramedic Instructor.

Plans and carries out instruction, instructional activities, and prepares learning materials for special studies.
Provides instructions to students in both theory and practice in the particular area of instruction.
Prepares lesson plans and maintains records and reports on student attainment and progress.
Maintains classroom order and discipline.
Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:
Proof of completion of a KBEMS approved EMS educator course that meets the objectives of the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) and possess a valid KBEMS Level III Instructor certification.
Minimum of four (4) years certified or licensed as a Paramedic and provide documentation that two (2) years of the four (4) years' experience required is experience providing care with an EMS organization that complies with the requirements.
