THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN KNOXVILLE, TN

THE UNIVERSITY OF TENNESSEE GRADUATE SCHOOL OF MEDICINE - UTGSM, the Department of Surgery and The University of Tennessee (UT) Medical Center in Knoxville are searching for a fellowship-trained colorectal surgeon to join 2 board-certified colorectal surgeons. The candidate will be expected to provide broad-based colorectal surgery care which includes benign anorectal conditions, inflammatory bowel disease, colon and rectal cancer, pelvic floor disorders and advanced colonoscopy techniques.
Qualifications

The individual we are seeking will have completed a colorectal surgical residency and should be experienced in advanced minimally invasive colorectal surgery and familiar with additional advanced operative techniques such as trans-anal minimally invasive surgery.

The candidate must be board certified or eligible surgeon with interest in research and education.

The position is available beginning July 2020. Salary, an exceptional benefits package, and academic rank will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

UTGSM is ideally located in beautiful East Tennessee--at the foothills of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park--affording metropolitan conveniences coupled with rural charm.
