Registered Nurse II - IV Specialist - Part-Time Day Shift

As a Clinical Nurse II, you will deliver direct care to assigned adult and or geriatric patients in an ambulatory setting. Nursing care is delivered using standards of care by following approved policies and procedures. We are seeking an RN with advanced IV skills to work part-time, 20 hours per week at our Beverly Hills location.

• Primary responsibility will be start patient IVs in the Chemotherapy Infusion Center
• Perform blood draws and port flushes
• Demonstrates critical thinking and performance in the coordination, implementation and documentation of patient care and consistently performs according to the standards of the profession
• Provides and documents patient, family education and teaching
• Demonstrates knowledge about protection of human subjects in research, approval of research through the Research Compliance Office, and control of research projects in the clinical area
