The Customer Service Administrative Assistant will tackle customers' issues head on and provide excellent assistance to our members. The successful candidate for this position must have customer service experience, a "go-getter" attitude, and the ability to complete data entry tasks accurately and in a timely manner. You will establish a working relationship with internal and external customers through communication via mail or telephone. This position is 65% administrative tasks and 35% customer service focused.
The successful candidate will:
Assist the Membership Manager in a variety of support tasks including but not limited to:
Data gathering for reporting
Create and update member and customer accounts in Salesforce and Processing payments
Provide timely communications to members and customers to resolve problems.
Process membership applications, renewals and cancellations
Assist with member onboarding, emails, and virtual member benefits tours
Troubleshoot customer issues to include website access, online courses and other member and customer-specific resources and subscriptions
Assist with seminar-related tasks to include updating registration list, granting online pre-course access and issuing login credentials
Issue continuing education letters
Other duties as assigned
This position will work 40 hours for the first month during training and then drop down to 20-25 hours per week thereafter.

3 or more years membership or customer service experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Quickbooks and Salesforce preferred
Strong time management skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
Strong communication skills with a customer service mentality
Telecommuting is allowed.
