Department VICE PRES INFORMATION TECHNLGY (UA-VPIT-IUBLA) Job Summary Staffs the Indiana University Bloomington or IUPUI Data Center shipping/receiving dock. Receives and ships packages. Organizes and cleans the shipping/receiving area. Uses Buy.IU to enter in receiving information. Scans capital assets. Assists the Finance Office with special projects and tasks. Required Qualifications Currently enrolled as a student at IU. Possess a valid driver's license with the ability to be insured by Indiana University. Ability to effectively communicate and exchange information with a wide diversity of individuals. Good interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, dependable, trustworthy, and hard working. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Microsoft Excel. Experience using a pallet jack. Working Conditions / Demands Able to lift heavy boxes (up to 50 pounds) and drive between IU Bloomington and IUPUI.
