Minimum of an Associate's degree in public relations, communications, administrative support, or related field and/or equivalent training and experience. Ability to use sound judgment and critical thinking skills when determining students' needs verses studentsâ™ requests. Ability to apply knowledge of policies and procedures daily. Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, PeopleSoft SIS, and ImageNow. Ability to relate to potential students with a diverse background. Ability to interact well with faculty and staff as it relates to providing excellent customer service to provide needed services for students. Ability to multi-task and maintain a high level of organizational knowledge and attention to detail. Willingness to work at all locations as needed. |
