 Southwest Community College invites applications for an adjunct faculty position in the Humanities and Social Sciences Division to teach Speech. The College seeks faculty who will adapt to a variety of teaching situations, can use technology to teach effectively, and will work effectively with students, staff, and others in a climate that promotes cultural diversity and student success. Instructors will be responsible for teaching Speech courses in an online format. Other responsibilities include participation in the following: achievement of the College's mission and goals; upholding the College's values; and personal and program evaluation.

| • Master of Arts or Sciences degree in Speech/Communication Studies with a minimum of 18 graduate level course hours in CST • Demonstrated commitment to student success • Excellent verbal, listening, problem-solving, critical thinking and writing skills |
