Gateway Community and Technical College invites applications for the Part-Time position of Assistant, Maintenance/Operations Department. The part-time Assistant will provide administrative support for the Maintenance and Operations department.

Perform general support and clerical duties
Prepare correspondence, memorandums,
Help write procedures
Update safety data sheet
Monthly reports creation
Other duties as assigned
Excellent organizational skills,
High attention to detail,
Must be able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing
?Proficient in basic computers skills, which include Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, and Outlook)
